TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
2. Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Canada and are
18 years of age or over, (‘eligible persons’).
3. The promotion commences 9.00am EST on 1/3/08 and closes 9.00am EST
on 1/3/09. (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing
date will automatically be entered in the following year’s prize draw.
4. To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the
Promotional Period, complete a registration form located at www.prizedirect.com.au/joinprize_ca.html
5. The draw will take place 15/03/09
6. The first correct eligible entry drawn will receive CAD$10,000
7. Winners will be notified in writing via email and will have their names published at www.prizedirect.com.au/winners_ca.html
8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable.
9. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their
information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter and
its agents associated with this competition.
